Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals
- ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team
- basic interview skills and staffing knowledge
- high school diploma or GED
- one or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales
- willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals
- teach and model the sales process with every guest, every time
- assist in attracting and retaining top caliber employees
- act as a brand advocate for Victra
- provide ongoing sales training and support to help the team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives
- engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store
- ensure employees meet monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time
