Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of related work experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to multitask and manage a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Provide support to management in daily oversight of food service employees
- Ensure a safe working environment for all staff
- Facilitate orientation and training for new employees
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend scheduled shifts on time and maintain reliability
- Coordinate activities in various food service settings including fast casual, cafeterias, coffee/counter service, events, and banquets
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
