Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of related work experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work morning shifts, including varying days and rotating weekends
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to multitask and manage teams effectively
- Commitment to workplace safety and customer service excellence

- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and committed to a healthy and safe work environment
- Minimum two years of related work experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong skills in multitasking and quality control
- Experience in fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining, or cafes
Job Duties
- Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
- Assist in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees
- Facilitate orientation and training of employees
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and report to scheduled shifts on time with regularity
- Coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in various food operations
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
