Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of related work experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work morning shifts, including varying days and rotating weekends
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to multitask and manage teams effectively
  • Commitment to workplace safety and customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable and committed to a healthy and safe work environment
  • Minimum two years of related work experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong skills in multitasking and quality control
  • Experience in fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining, or cafes

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
  • Assist in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees
  • Facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attend work and report to scheduled shifts on time with regularity
  • Coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in various food operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
