- Two years of food service experience in food service, hospitality, building services, or industry
- Positive attitude, strong time management skills, and commitment to teamwork
- Texas Food Handlers Certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire

Job Duties
- Provide consistent and good quality food service by adhering to portion sizes and recipes
- Prepare food in a timely manner ensuring correctness of items served
- Visually monitor work areas to ensure prompt and courteous customer service
- Train and direct food service workers assigned to the unit
- Manage inventory including stocking, receiving deliveries, and food storage
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area, utensils, and equipment
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance guidelines
