  • Two years of food service experience in food service, hospitality, building services, or industry
  • Positive attitude, strong time management skills, and commitment to teamwork
  • Texas Food Handlers Certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Provide consistent and good quality food service by adhering to portion sizes and recipes
  • Prepare food in a timely manner ensuring correctness of items served
  • Visually monitor work areas to ensure prompt and courteous customer service
  • Train and direct food service workers assigned to the unit
  • Manage inventory including stocking, receiving deliveries, and food storage
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area, utensils, and equipment
  • Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance guidelines
