Job Requirements
- Current work authorization required
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Knowledge of California Health and Safety Codes
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures diligently
- Ability to lead student workers with minimal supervision
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations
- Demonstrated skill in food measurement and preparation techniques

Job Duties
- Perform food preparation tasks according to established safety and sanitation guidelines
- Lead and supervise a small team of student workers in daily operations
- Heat and retherm food items safely while maintaining compliance with health codes
- Count and manage inventory of food and supplies
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and customers
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of kitchen and dining areas
- Follow Injury Illness Prevention Program guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
