Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to learn and pass food handling certification tests
- two or more years of experience in production cooking
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- ability to handle cash accurately
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- food handler's card within 30 days of hire for Banner Staffing Services employees

- knowledge of cooking principles and menu substitutions

- ability to calculate and handle cash accurately

Job Duties
- Plan food production timing and quantities
- determine menu substitutions in case of shortages
- minimize food waste and track inventory
- prepare food items following standardized recipes
- provide customer service and respond to complaints
- operate Point of Sale System and transact payments
- maintain par levels of food and supplies
- clean and sanitize kitchen and service areas
- provide catering and special event services
