Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Based in Honolulu (HNL)
  • Willing to travel 30-40% of the time
  • 4 years of experience in product or brand management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Passion for food and guest experience
  • Working knowledge of financial planning and forecasting
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present to leadership
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in product or brand management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Passion for food and creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Working knowledge of financial planning and forecasting
  • Ability to analyze data and make actionable recommendations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to confidently present to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Based in Honolulu with willingness to travel 30-40%

Job Duties

  • Creates, champions, and maximizes food experience across all cabins to increase guest satisfaction and build brand loyalty
  • Manages all phases of product and menu development lifecycle including product briefs, specifications, and requirements
  • Develops recommendations for new food products and services, managing gap identification, idea generation, positioning, and financial attractiveness
  • Seeks out and cultivates relationships with food brand partners from inception to launch in collaboration with marketing and operational stakeholders
  • Partners with supply chain to ensure successful launch and availability of new products, providing guidance on usage, distribution, and catering
  • Designs and executes guest experiences aligned to Hawaiian brand equities including marketing collateral and service ware
  • Acts as the voice of the guest through commissioning and analyzing market research and guest insights
  • Oversees P&L accounts related to food, including cost tracking, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Provides input and tracks results of inflight marketing programs and communications
