Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum five years experience in food and beverage, culinary or related professional area
- Or two-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Minimum three years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Ability to operate department equipment and manage inventory
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems
- Capability to perform employee coaching and disciplinary procedures
- Familiarity with performance appraisal processes
- Willingness to work full time in a management role at the specified location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Two-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Three years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Knowledge of brand specific service culture
- Experience with managing budgets and operating statements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Supervises daily food and beverage shift operation and ensures compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards and procedures
- Assists in the ordering of food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
- Supports and supervises an effective monthly self-inspection program
- Operates all department equipment as necessary and reports malfunction
- Supervises staffing levels to verify that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met
- Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- Manages beverage purchasing and control procedures and ensures staff is trained accordingly
