- Minimum five years work experience in an upscale luxury environment
- Minimum three years leading a food and beverage team
- Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
- Expert in food and beverage operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including 24-hour operation demands

- Ability to work flexibly in a 24-hour operational environment
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Inspire and motivate team members to elevate service standards and foster a culture of learning
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations ensuring high-quality service and compliance with health and safety standards
- Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance and operational efficiencies
- Anticipate challenges and implement quick, effective solutions to maintain smooth operations
- Collaborate with culinary and other departments to create a cohesive and extraordinary dining experience
- Monitor guest feedback and actively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement
