Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years work experience in an upscale luxury environment
  • Minimum three years leading a food and beverage team
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
  • Expert in food and beverage operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including 24-hour operation demands

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years experience in food and beverage within an upscale luxury environment
  • At least three years experience leading a food and beverage team
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
  • Proven expertise in food and beverage operations management
  • Strong leadership and team engagement skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Demonstrated success in financial performance management
  • Ability to work flexibly in a 24-hour operational environment

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Inspire and motivate team members to elevate service standards and foster a culture of learning
  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations ensuring high-quality service and compliance with health and safety standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance and operational efficiencies
  • Anticipate challenges and implement quick, effective solutions to maintain smooth operations
  • Collaborate with culinary and other departments to create a cohesive and extraordinary dining experience
  • Monitor guest feedback and actively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement
