Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant leadership experience
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-touch luxury environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Understanding of food and beverage operations
  • Ability to comply with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Proficiency in English

  • At least two years of restaurant leadership experience
  • Experience in luxury or Forbes-rated hotel environments
  • Strong foundation in wine and spirits knowledge
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Experience in budget management and cost control
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare, assign, and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage departments
  • Work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Culinary leadership to create promotions and specials for the lobby lounge
  • Support in the planning and direction of all Food & Beverage functions
  • Develop, implement, and monitor schedules for the lobby lounge operation to achieve profitable results
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs and monitor the food and beverage budget to ensure an efficient operation
  • Regularly review, evaluate, and respond to customer satisfaction and or dissatisfaction and recommend new operating or marketing policies when needed
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to food and beverage, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Hire, train, supervise, develop, discipline, counsel, and evaluate line employees according to HHC policies and procedures
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulation
