- Two years of restaurant leadership experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare, assign, and delegate responsibility and authority for food and beverage operations
- Oversee lobby lounge operations
- Collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage and culinary leadership to create promotions and specials
- Support planning and direction of all food and beverage functions
- Develop and monitor schedules to achieve profitable results
- Implement controls of food, beverage, and labor costs and monitor budgets
- Respond to customer satisfaction and recommend operational or marketing improvements
- Ensure compliance with food and beverage policies and legal regulations
- Hire, train, supervise, develop, and evaluate line employees
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations
