Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in food and beverage management
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Compliance with all relevant food and beverage laws and regulations
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience
- Background in luxury or Forbes-rated hotel environments
- Strong knowledge of wine and spirits
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-touch setting
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost control practices
- Understanding of compliance with food and beverage regulations
Job Duties
- Prepare, assign, and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage departments
- Work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Culinary leadership to create promotions and specials for the lobby lounge
- Support in the planning and direction of all Food & Beverage functions
- Develop, implement, and monitor schedules for the lobby lounge operation to achieve profitable results
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs and monitor the food and beverage budget to ensure an efficient operation
- Regularly review, evaluate, and respond to customer satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction and recommend new operating or marketing policies when needed
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to food and beverage, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Hire, train, supervise, develop, discipline, counsel, and evaluate line employees according to HHC policies and procedures
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulation
