Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related experience in food and beverage management
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Compliance with all relevant food and beverage laws and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience
  • Background in luxury or Forbes-rated hotel environments
  • Strong knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-touch setting
  • Familiarity with budgeting and cost control practices
  • Understanding of compliance with food and beverage regulations

Job Duties

  • Prepare, assign, and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage departments
  • Work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Culinary leadership to create promotions and specials for the lobby lounge
  • Support in the planning and direction of all Food & Beverage functions
  • Develop, implement, and monitor schedules for the lobby lounge operation to achieve profitable results
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs and monitor the food and beverage budget to ensure an efficient operation
  • Regularly review, evaluate, and respond to customer satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction and recommend new operating or marketing policies when needed
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to food and beverage, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Hire, train, supervise, develop, discipline, counsel, and evaluate line employees according to HHC policies and procedures
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulation
