Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of wine and spirits

- Proficiency in managing budgets and operational costs
- Compliance with federal, state, and local laws relating to food and beverage operations

- Minimum two years of restaurant leadership experience
- Experience in luxury or Forbes-rated hotel environments
- Strong foundation in wine and spirits knowledge
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage operational controls
- Understanding of compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Job Duties
- Prepare, assign, and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage departments
- Work with the Director of Food & Beverage and culinary leadership to create promotions and specials for the lobby lounge
- Support in the planning and direction of all food and beverage functions
- Develop, implement, and monitor schedules for the lobby lounge operation to achieve profitable results
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs and monitor the food and beverage budget to ensure an efficient operation
- Regularly review, evaluate, and respond to customer satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction and recommend new operating or marketing policies when needed
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to food and beverage, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Hire, train, supervise, develop, discipline, counsel, and evaluate line employees according to HHC policies and procedures
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulation
