Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of leadership experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local alcohol service regulations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
- Experience in luxury or Forbes-rated hotel environments preferred
- Strong foundation in wine and spirits knowledge
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
- Demonstrated capability to manage budgets and cost controls
Job Duties
- Prepare, assign, and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage departments
- Oversee the lobby lounge operation and collaborate with culinary leadership to create promotions and specials
- Support in the planning and direction of all food and beverage functions
- Develop, implement, and monitor schedules to achieve profitable results
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs and monitor the budget
- Regularly review, evaluate, and respond to customer satisfaction and recommend new policies
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage related policies and legal regulations
- Hire, train, supervise, develop, discipline, counsel, and evaluate line employees
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations
