Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant restaurant leadership experience
  • Background in luxury or Forbes-rated hotel environment
  • Strong foundation in wine and spirits knowledge
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Compliance with local, state, and federal alcohol service regulations

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience
  • Experience in luxury or Forbes-rated hotel settings
  • Strong knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and budgeting

Job Duties

  • Prepare, assign, and delegate responsibility and authority for food and beverage operations
  • Work with Director of Food & Beverage and culinary leadership to create promotions and specials
  • Support the planning and direction of all Food & Beverage functions
  • Develop, implement, and monitor schedules for lobby lounge operations
  • Implement controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
  • Monitor food and beverage budget to ensure efficiency
  • Review and respond to customer satisfaction and recommend policies
  • Ensure compliance with food and beverage policies and laws
  • Hire, train, supervise, develop, discipline, and evaluate employees
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages according to regulations
