Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of restaurant leadership experience
- Background in luxury or Forbes-rated hotel environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of wine and spirits
- Ability to lead and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of restaurant leadership experience
- Experience working in luxury or Forbes-rated hotel environments
- Strong foundation in wine and spirits knowledge
- Proven team leadership and development skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry standards
Job Duties
- Prepare, assign, and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage departments
- Work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Culinary leadership to create promotions and specials for the lobby lounge
- Support in the planning and direction of all Food & Beverage functions
- Develop, implement, and monitor schedules for the lobby lounge operation to achieve profitable results
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs and monitor the food and beverage budget to ensure an efficient operation
- Regularly review, evaluate, and respond to customer satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction and recommend new operating or marketing policies when needed
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to food and beverage, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Hire, train, supervise, develop, discipline, counsel, and evaluate line employees according to HHC policies and procedures
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulation
