- minimum of 3 years of similar work experience
- post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation

Job Duties
- lead and motivate food and beverage team members
- oversee daily food and beverage operations at AVIV restaurant
- ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently met
- manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- develop and implement training programs to foster team development
- anticipate and resolve operational challenges promptly
- collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
