Job Requirements

  • passionate about food and beverage
  • minimum of 3 years of similar work experience
  • post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar food and beverage management role
  • post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
  • advanced knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • proven track record in guest and team member engagement
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • experience managing financial performance

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate food and beverage team members
  • oversee daily food and beverage operations at AVIV restaurant
  • ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently met
  • manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • develop and implement training programs to foster team development
  • anticipate and resolve operational challenges promptly
  • collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
