Job Requirements
- Must be able to stay on your feet for 8 hours plus
- must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations and environments

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- two years of Food and Beverage Manager experience or equivalent
- one year of restaurant leadership in a hotel environment or equivalent
- strong computer skills
- financial knowledge
- manager alcohol awareness certification
- manager food service permit as required by local or state government agency
Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- maintain regular attendance in compliance with Arlo Hotel standards
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- always comply with Arlo Hotels standards and regulations
- be visible and interact with guests and team members to provide consistently high levels of quality service
- be ranking Manager on duty when Director is off site
- ensure communication of all aspects to culinary team and other F&B managers
- manage reservation platforms and ensure accuracy
- organize daily documentation including pre-shift reports and training topics
- ensure all staff meet service standards
- monitor, test, retrain, and reinforce staff service skills
- report on quality of work of other managers
- lead scheduling of hourly employees
- assist with executing payroll
- train and coach junior managers
- communicate team goals and operational changes consistently
- address performance issues and resolve conflicts
- provide feedback and appraisals
- monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety of dining and work areas
- attend interdepartmental meetings
- assist in marketing initiatives and menu development
- assist in controlling budgeted and forecasted revenues and costs
- adhere to Accounting and People Services policies
- report issues and grievances
- maintain Micros programming
- monitor hotel activities and troubleshoot problems
- operate word processing programs
- perform general cleaning tasks
- additional duties as assigned
