Job Requirements
- Full-time availability with open schedule
- Minimum of ten years in food and beverage management
- Experience in luxury hotel or restaurant environments
- Leadership experience managing multiple outlets
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Commitment to health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- More than ten years of progressive food and beverage management experience including senior leadership
- Experience in Michelin-starred or James Beard Award-winning restaurants or similar high-end environments
- Proven ability to oversee multiple outlets and maintain luxury service standards
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and optimize profitability
- Solutions-oriented and calm under pressure
Job Duties
- Take ownership of multiple outlets with a focus on leadership, strategy, and results
- Mentor Food and Beverage Managers, setting clear expectations and empowering them to succeed
- Ensure every outlet operates in alignment with brand standards and business objectives
- Optimize profitability by analyzing financial performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Engage with guests and coach staff on the floor to ensure seamless, polished, and memorable service
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership to keep offerings fresh and aligned with hotel vision
- Maintain highest standards of health, safety, and compliance while fostering a culture of excellence
