Job Requirements

Full-time availability with open schedule
Minimum of ten years in food and beverage management
Experience in luxury hotel or restaurant environments
Leadership experience managing multiple outlets
Strong financial acumen
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Commitment to health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

More than ten years of progressive food and beverage management experience including senior leadership
Experience in Michelin-starred or James Beard Award-winning restaurants or similar high-end environments
Proven ability to oversee multiple outlets and maintain luxury service standards
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze financial data and optimize profitability
Solutions-oriented and calm under pressure

Job Duties

Take ownership of multiple outlets with a focus on leadership, strategy, and results
Mentor Food and Beverage Managers, setting clear expectations and empowering them to succeed
Ensure every outlet operates in alignment with brand standards and business objectives
Optimize profitability by analyzing financial performance and identifying opportunities for growth
Engage with guests and coach staff on the floor to ensure seamless, polished, and memorable service
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership to keep offerings fresh and aligned with hotel vision
Maintain highest standards of health, safety, and compliance while fostering a culture of excellence
