Job Qualifications

More than ten years of progressive food and beverage management experience
senior leadership experience in high-volume luxury hospitality environments
experience in Michelin-starred or James Beard Award-winning restaurants preferred
proven ability to manage multiple outlets and maintain luxury service standards
strong leadership, diplomatic, and solutions-oriented skills
ability to thrive under pressure and motivate diverse teams
passion for both the craft and business sides of food and beverage
excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Take ownership of multiple food and beverage outlets with a focus on leadership and strategy
mentor Food and Beverage Managers and empower staff to succeed
ensure all outlets operate in alignment with brand standards and business goals
optimize profitability through financial performance analysis
engage with guests and coach staff to deliver polished and memorable service
collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership to keep offerings fresh and on trend
maintain the highest health, safety, and compliance standards while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
