Job Qualifications
- More than ten years of progressive food and beverage management experience
- senior leadership experience in high-volume luxury hospitality environments
- experience in Michelin-starred or James Beard Award-winning restaurants preferred
- proven ability to manage multiple outlets and maintain luxury service standards
- strong leadership, diplomatic, and solutions-oriented skills
- ability to thrive under pressure and motivate diverse teams
- passion for both the craft and business sides of food and beverage
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Take ownership of multiple food and beverage outlets with a focus on leadership and strategy
- mentor Food and Beverage Managers and empower staff to succeed
- ensure all outlets operate in alignment with brand standards and business goals
- optimize profitability through financial performance analysis
- engage with guests and coach staff to deliver polished and memorable service
- collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership to keep offerings fresh and on trend
- maintain the highest health, safety, and compliance standards while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
