Job Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as a restaurant manager preferably in fine dining or similar
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Ability to input and access information in property management systems and computers
- NYC Department of Health Certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills
- Highly developed organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications

- Some college education
- Highly developed knowledge of various food and beverage service styles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with food and beverage cost controls
- NYC Department of Health Certification
Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage operations in multiple high-end establishments
- Manage departmental training programs to ensure consistent service quality
- Implement and monitor cost control measures for food and beverage
- Ensure compliance with NYC Department of Health regulations
- Resolve operational and customer service issues promptly
- Utilize property management systems for data input and reporting
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction
