Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 7 years of food and beverage management experience
- Proven leadership in luxury or lifestyle hotel dining operations
- In-depth knowledge of fine dining and beverage service standards
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Understanding of local health, safety, and labor laws
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and fast-paced environments
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive food and beverage management experience preferably in luxury or lifestyle hotels
- Proven leadership experience overseeing multiple outlets or complex food and beverage operations
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service, wine, spirits, and beverage operations
- Demonstrated success in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Sound understanding of local health, safety, and labor regulations
Job Duties
- Champion a culture of genuine hospitality, high performance, and attention to detail across all food and beverage outlets
- Ensure service standards reflect the hotel’s luxury positioning and brand identity
- Lead by example on the floor, engaging with guests and resolving service issues with professionalism
- Partner with the culinary team to curate distinctive, high-quality dining experiences
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage venues including restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, and events
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures, service sequences, and quality control measures
- Manage scheduling, labor deployment, and operational efficiencies
- Develop and manage annual food and beverage budgets, forecasts, and profit strategies
- Drive revenue growth through innovative programming, menu development, pricing strategies, and experiential offerings
- Monitor financial performance including cost of goods sold, labor, and controllable expenses
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to maintain profitability
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top-tier hospitality professionals
- Conduct performance evaluations with ongoing coaching and feedback
- Foster collaboration between front-of-house, back-of-house, and hotel leadership
- Support leadership succession planning and professional development programs
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and events teams on hotel-wide initiatives
- Lead food and beverage activations, seasonal programming, partnerships, and special events
- Ensure menus, beverage programs, and service experiences align with brand storytelling and guest expectations
