Job Requirements
- at least 21 years old
- minimum of 3 years flight attendant experience with a major international airline
- leadership experience preferred
- legal authorization to work in the US
- valid passport
- fluency in English
- ability to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- flexibility to work variable roster including day/night shifts, weekends and holidays
- willingness to complete paid leadership training in Istanbul
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience in roles such as purser or senior/deputy flight attendant
- fluency in English
- legal right to work in the US
- possession of a valid passport
- ability to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- proficiency in Turkish is a significant advantage
Job Duties
- lead the pre-flight safety and service briefings for the crew
- manage crew performance and compliance onboard
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies with authority and empathy
- ensure all in-flight documentation and reporting are accurate and timely
- provide leadership and clear communication between flight deck and cabin crew
- oversee the overall safety and security of the cabin
- support and embody the airline's hospitality and service standards
