Job Requirements

  • be at least 21 years old
  • have a minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • possess legal right to work in the US
  • hold a valid passport
  • be fluent in English
  • willing to travel to Istanbul for leadership training
  • able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • pass medical and background checks

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven track record of leadership in a purser, senior, or deputy cabin crew role
  • fluent in English
  • legal right to work in the US
  • possess a valid passport
  • ability to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
  • fluency in Turkish is a significant advantage

Job Duties

  • lead the pre-flight safety and service briefings for cabin crew
  • manage crew performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies with authority and empathy
  • maintain accurate in-flight documentation and reporting
  • ensure delivery of award-winning service standards consistently
  • act as the main liaison between the flight deck and the cabin crew
  • support and mentor junior cabin crew members
