Job Requirements

  • be at least 21 years old
  • have the legal right to work in the US
  • possess a valid passport
  • be fluent in English
  • pass a comprehensive medical and background check
  • successfully complete paid Cabin Senior leadership training in Istanbul
  • be flexible to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • prior experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience in a senior or purser role
  • fluent in English
  • legal right to work in the US
  • valid passport
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • familiarity with aviation safety procedures

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight safety and service briefings for cabin crew
  • manage crew performance and compliance with safety regulations
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
  • ensure accurate documentation and reporting of inflight operations
  • provide clear leadership and support to cabin crew
  • maintain a high standard of passenger safety and service quality
  • coordinate communication between flight deck and cabin crew
