Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in finance, sales, or related discipline
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in finance, sales, or analytics
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably in finance, sales, or related discipline
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in finance, sales, or analytics
- Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling through insights
- strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- An understanding of pricing concepts including elasticity, sensitivities, thresholds and how pricing and promotion impact commercial P&L statements
- Strong financial controls and financial reporting compliance
- Experience working with syndicated consumption data and internal financial data
- Knowledge of the consumer-packaged goods industry
- Experience leading a team in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and assist in decision-making through storytelling with data
- Strong oral and written communication with internal and external stakeholders including influencing ability and capability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Strong ability to work across functions and divisions to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Organized with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Results-focused with the ability to take initiative and ownership
- Process improvement mindset to generate innovative solutions that improve efficiency and business performance
Job Duties
- Manage delivery of divisional objectives and investments within a diverse portfolio of customers and divisions
- Hire, develop and promote top talent ensuring robust development and career pathing and act as a talent pipeline for the broader Nestle Finance organization
- Drive ROI mindset on commercial investments
- Drive visibility of customer profitability to optimize total commercial investments for customers
- Leverage Nestle Next principles to ensure customer compliance
- Drive Nestle Next future iterations leveraging key learnings
- Manage a team of 3-4 field finance managers and analysts
- Work with counterparts in Strategic Revenue Management to optimize commercial plans
- Partner with Sales leadership to refine and optimize Route-to-Market opportunities in line with organizational objectives
- Support compliance and controls framework to ensure rock solid financial reporting and a culture of being ‘audit ready at all times’
- Support OMNI investments and controls
- Research and resolve customer deduction discrepancies
