Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- College degree preferred
- Food Handler's Permit required
- Serve Safe Certification required
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Must be able to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
- Preparedness to stay overnight if needed due to road closures
- Ability to work in high-stress, fast-paced environments
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions and at high altitudes
Job Qualifications
- 10+ years of culinary leadership experience
- Proven ability to design and execute diverse menus
- Experience managing large culinary teams and operations
- Proficiency with kitchen and enterprise systems
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Solid financial management skills
- Food Handler's Permit and Serve Safe Certification
- High school diploma, college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Job Duties
- Oversee culinary leadership across multiple restaurants and food outlets
- Develop and maintain resort-wide culinary standards and policies
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and sanitation
- Lead menu development and culinary innovation
- Provide operational management and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Lead, train, and mentor culinary teams
- Manage financial performance and budgeting
- Foster collaboration across departments
