Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • College degree preferred
  • Food Handler's Permit required
  • Serve Safe Certification required
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Must be able to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Preparedness to stay overnight if needed due to road closures
  • Ability to work in high-stress, fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions and at high altitudes

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of culinary leadership experience
  • Proven ability to design and execute diverse menus
  • Experience managing large culinary teams and operations
  • Proficiency with kitchen and enterprise systems
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Solid financial management skills
  • Food Handler's Permit and Serve Safe Certification
  • High school diploma, college degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Job Duties

  • Oversee culinary leadership across multiple restaurants and food outlets
  • Develop and maintain resort-wide culinary standards and policies
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and sanitation
  • Lead menu development and culinary innovation
  • Provide operational management and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Lead, train, and mentor culinary teams
  • Manage financial performance and budgeting
  • Foster collaboration across departments
