  • Culinary degree preferred
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • high volume production and catering experience
  • previous experience managing cost controls
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to oversee food safety and sanitation
  • willing to work in a school dining environment

Job Duties

  • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
  • plans and creates all menus
  • purchases and manages inventory

  • oversees safety and sanitation standards
  • manages and leads a team of associates
  • ensures compliance with foodservice regulations
