Job Duties
- Lead and participate in segment culinary project teams to drive innovation
- Provide culinary leadership and training to ensure compliance with retail culinary standards and procurement procedures
- Create, plan, test, and recommend marketing activities for Johns Hopkins Hospital
- Develop project plans and maintain budgets for project implementations
- Determine project needs, instructional approaches, delivery mediums, and required resources
- Collaborate with outside partners and vendors to coordinate culinary activities
- Drive client retention, new sales, and segment profitability goals through innovative food and wellness solutions
