- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- At least 4 years of experience in operations, marketing, or related field
- Strong culinary knowledge and skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Excellent training and problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure

Job Duties
- Lead the deployment of innovative food and wellness solutions across retail, patient and catering sectors
- Provide culinary leadership and training to ensure compliance with retail culinary standards and procurement procedures
- Create, plan, test and recommend marketing activities for Johns Hopkins Hospital
- Develop project plans and maintain budgets for project implementations
- Coordinate culinary activities with outside partners and vendors
- Participate in culinary project teams to drive innovation
- Ensure client and consumer satisfaction, client retention, new sales, and segment profitability goals
