Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in operations, marketing, or related field
  • Strong culinary knowledge and skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Excellent training and problem-solving skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Self-starter
  • Able to manage effectively within a matrix leadership environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead the deployment of innovative food and wellness solutions across retail, patient and catering sectors
  • Provide culinary leadership and training to ensure compliance with retail culinary standards and procurement procedures
  • Create, plan, test and recommend marketing activities for Johns Hopkins Hospital
  • Develop project plans and maintain budgets for project implementations
  • Coordinate culinary activities with outside partners and vendors
  • Participate in culinary project teams to drive innovation
  • Ensure client and consumer satisfaction, client retention, new sales, and segment profitability goals
