- Three years of management experience
- Four years of experience in operations, marketing, or related field
- Ability to manage within a matrix leadership environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure

Job Duties
- Lead and participate in culinary project teams to drive innovation
- Provide culinary leadership and training to ensure compliance with retail culinary standards and procurement procedures
- Create, plan, test, and recommend marketing activities for Johns Hopkins Hospital
- Develop project plans and maintain project budgets
- Coordinate culinary activities with outside partners and vendors
- Drive client and consumer satisfaction, client retention, new sales, and segment profitability goals
- Manage effectively within a matrix leadership environment
