Job Duties

  • Plan, test, and recommend marketing activities for Johns Hopkins Hospital culinary services
  • Develop project plans and maintain budgets for culinary project implementations
  • Coordinate culinary activities with external partners and vendors
  • Provide culinary leadership and training to ensure compliance with retail culinary standards and procurement procedures
  • Participate in culinary project teams to drive innovation
  • Manage culinary operations to achieve segment profitability goals
