Job Duties
- Lead the deployment of innovative food and wellness solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Plan, test, and recommend marketing activities for Johns Hopkins Hospital culinary services
- Develop project plans and maintain budgets for culinary project implementations
- Coordinate culinary activities with external partners and vendors
- Provide culinary leadership and training to ensure compliance with retail culinary standards and procurement procedures
- Participate in culinary project teams to drive innovation
- Manage culinary operations to achieve segment profitability goals
