Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in culinary or related field
- At least 3 years of management experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations, marketing, or related areas
- Ability to lead and innovate within a matrix organizational structure
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure
- Capability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors

Job Duties
- Create, plan, and test innovative culinary concepts for retail and patient services
- Provide culinary leadership and training to ensure compliance with culinary standards and procurement procedures
- Participate in segment culinary project teams to drive innovation
- Develop marketing strategies and coordinate marketing activities for Johns Hopkins Hospital
- Manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocations for culinary projects
- Collaborate with outside partners and vendors to coordinate culinary activities
- Drive client and consumer satisfaction, retention, and segment profitability goals
