Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree in culinary or related field
  • Three years of management experience
  • Four years of experience in operations, marketing, or related field
  • Strong culinary knowledge
  • Proven leadership skills

  • Ability to manage within a matrix leadership environment

Job Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in operations, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong culinary knowledge and skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure

Job Duties

  • Lead and participate in segment culinary project teams to drive innovation
  • Provide culinary leadership and training to ensure compliance with retail culinary standards and procurement procedures
  • Create, plan, test, and recommend marketing activities for Johns Hopkins Hospital
  • Develop project plans and maintain project budgets
  • Determine project needs, instructional approaches, delivery mediums, and required resources
  • Coordinate culinary activities with outside partners and vendors
  • Drive client and consumer satisfaction, client retention, new sales, and segment profitability goals
