- 3+ years of relevant senior culinary leadership experience
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Intermediate proficiency with computers including menu management systems

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience/training
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months

- Proven ability to lead supervise and develop culinary teams across multiple locations
- Experience developing quality control programs

Job Duties
- Lead culinary operations across multiple locations ensuring food quality and service consistency
- Develop and execute daily and seasonal menus considering guest preferences and operational needs
- Audit and ensure compliance with food safety sanitation allergen and safety regulations
- Oversee catering production ensuring high standards for special events
- Adjust production levels to meet demand ensuring seamless dining experience
- Standardize recipes across units maintaining consistency in dining experience
- Regularly taste and evaluate food quality ensuring high culinary standards
- Manage procurement and inventory processes minimizing waste and controlling food costs
- Develop and implement cost control measures to meet fiscal goals
- Collaborate with finance to align budget requirements ensuring sustainability
- Provide leadership training and mentorship to diverse culinary teams
- Develop training programs enhancing team skills in recipe execution equipment handling and menu management
- Ensure every dining location delivers memorable high-quality guest experience
- Meet regularly with students and stakeholders addressing allergen dietary requests
- Conduct quality control analysis optimizing guest experience
- Collaborate with marketing and culinary team rolling out new culinary programs
- Innovate menu offerings incorporating seasonal ingredients trending flavors sustainability
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging feedback trends and team input
