Job Requirements
- Fifteen or more years of professional culinary experience
- Ten or more years in senior culinary leadership roles
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in culinary arts or equivalent job-related experience
- Proven ability to train others and lead a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft software programs
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient skills in math and financial management including labor and food cost controls

Job Duties
- Lead culinary management of food service operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
- Develop and refine menus to meet client needs
- Oversee catering operations and ensure high-quality culinary events
- Manage culinary cost controls and maintain P&L accountability
- Recruit, staff, and develop the culinary team including culinarians and hourly employees
- Supervise kitchen operations to guarantee adherence to company standards
- Interact with clients and guests to evaluate satisfaction and implement improvements
