Job Requirements

  • Fifteen or more years of professional culinary experience
  • Ten or more years in senior culinary leadership roles
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in culinary arts or equivalent job-related experience
  • Proven ability to train others and lead a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient skills in math and financial management including labor and food cost controls

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary management of food service operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Develop and refine menus to meet client needs
  • Oversee catering operations and ensure high-quality culinary events
  • Manage culinary cost controls and maintain P&L accountability
  • Recruit, staff, and develop the culinary team including culinarians and hourly employees
  • Supervise kitchen operations to guarantee adherence to company standards
  • Interact with clients and guests to evaluate satisfaction and implement improvements
