Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5-7 years of direct experience in event management
- proficiency with Cvent platform
- strong financial and procurement skills
- excellent communication skills
- meticulous attention to detail
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- self-motivated and proactive
- willingness to travel for on-site event support
- experience with large-scale expo floor builds and booth design coordination
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of event management experience with large-scale conferences
- proficiency in Cvent including website builder and reporting
- experience managing vendor invoices and corporate procurement
- strong written communication skills
- proven ability in managing complex logistics
- customer-service focused
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- hands-on experience with exhibit houses and expo floor management
Job Duties
- Collaborate with business development on sponsorship prospectus development
- support active selling of sponsorship packages and booths
- manage sponsor-facing website and sponsorship SKUs
- track and manage sponsorship revenue and financial reporting
- serve as primary liaison for sponsors and partners
- manage planning and execution of large-scale sponsored events
- act as on-site sponsorship point of contact
- develop and execute prospect experience strategy
- collaborate with sales to drive prospect attendance and manage logistics
- manage prospect data in Salesforce to measure ROI
- plan and manage prospect golf event and prospect dinner
- facilitate prospect session and lunch
- own expo floor strategy, layout, and booth placements
- design dynamic expo experience including lounges and stages
- lead turnkey booth program
- manage exhibit house relationship and production
- coordinate with creative team for expo vision
- oversee on-site expo operations and issue resolution
- ensure sponsor compliance with booth specifications and deadlines
- contribute to additional event workstreams and special projects
