Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • five plus years of relevant experience
  • thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Project
  • experience working within a marketing department
  • fluent in digital marketing terms, processes and tools
  • experience with Strategic Meeting Management Platforms
  • demonstrated experience managing budgets over one million dollars
  • experience obtaining city permits
  • ability to formulate experience-based strategies
  • experience delivering on-site, remote and virtual events
  • advanced communication skills
  • experience managing ticket management platforms
  • financial services industry experience preferred

  • experience administering ticket management platforms
  • financial services industry experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Plan and manage diverse internal and external events including meetings, road shows, conferences, stakeholder events and experience-based marketing programs
  • act as a key consultant on event planning integrating delivery within business strategy
  • research and provide insights to drive event planning recommendations
  • implement best practices for process and service improvements
  • lead projects of moderate to complex risk and resource requirements
  • negotiate and execute contracts ensuring compliance with internal policies
  • evaluate event effectiveness and analyze feedback to inform future planning
