Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage events within University Advancement, providing strategic oversight and support
  • Oversee event planning activities, including contract negotiations, reserving event space, coordinating communications and invitations, managing invitation data, supervising mail house projects, creating timelines, logistical planning, securing speakers, creating seating plans, preparing briefing materials and onsite logistics
  • Manage team members including timesheets, performance reviews, and regular check-ins
  • Support delivery of university Special Events as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
