Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED equivalent
1-3 years supervisory experience in field marketing or outside sales
valid driver's license
clean driving record
reliable transportation
ability to work weekends and flexible hours
physical ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours and walk for 4-8 hours
willingness to travel up to 10%

high school diploma or GED equivalent
self-motivated with a competitive spirit and proven track record in prospect engagement
excellent written and verbal communication skills
clean driving record and reliable transportation with valid driver's license
ability to work weekends and flexible hours
comfortable working independently and as part of a team
physical ability to stand for 8-10 hours and walk for 4-8 hours
willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

Job Duties

map out areas for effective outreach and assess staffing needs
create and manage schedules for Field Marketers
research events throughout the area
assist in hiring, training, and setting clear expectations for Field Marketers
supervise field activities and address performance issues
ensure all appointments obtained by Field Marketers are accurate and complete
adhere to budget constraints and return on investment requirements
maintain thorough product knowledge to answer customer questions and demonstrate offerings
approach and engage potential prospects through canvassing, home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs
set up in-home estimate appointments for the sales team
oversee the setup and breakdown of booths at events
help contribute and foster a positive company culture
utilize various mobile technologies for data entry and tracking
