Job Requirements
- Practicing Catholic or Christian in good standing with the Catholic Church
- Undergraduate degree
- Experience in event management or related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Job Duties
- Lead event planning and management supporting Event Director and team
- Propose new initiatives to improve event strategies
- Manage events dashboard and oversee assigned events
- Monitor event satisfaction and mitigate challenges through post-event surveys
- Coordinate follow-up and stewardship activities including donor thank you notes and gift management
- Handle invitation creation, delivery, and registration tracking
- Manage event budgets and vendor negotiations
- Provide onsite hospitality and coordinate travel arrangements
- Participate in strategic planning for SEEK events
- Collaborate on special projects with various departments
