Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree
- minimum three years experience in project management, event management or marketing
- understanding of life sciences, particularly in a B2B environment, desired
- advanced industry certification preferred (CMP, CMM, CEM, CTSM)
- proficiency in Salesforce or related CRM systems
- able to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
- willing to travel globally about 30% annually
- work onsite at Tampa, FL location

Job Duties
- manage logistics, timelines, and stakeholder communications for small to medium scale tradeshows, conferences and virtual events across multiple business units
- create and manage event campaigns
- ensure deliverables and milestones are met and act as the primary point of contact for these events
- maintain and communicate global master event calendar
- register all attendees, host pre-show training, and contribute to post-show debriefs
- partner with the omnichannel marketing team to assist in pre-event promotion through all communication mediums including email and social
- work with 3rd party agencies to ensure all event logistics are complete including exhibit design, graphics, shipping, audio/visual, food and beverage, hotel, and entertainment
- partner with sales and marketing teams to analyze and report on event metrics including new lead generation and customer/attendee engagement
- maintain inventory and shipping of event support materials such as product, literature, and giveaways
- travel globally about 30% annually
- perform other duties as assigned
