Job Requirements

- Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple events and vendors simultaneously

- Flexibility for travel and onsite event coordination
Job Qualifications
- A practicing Catholic or Christian in good standing with the Catholic Church
- Excellent organization skills
- Articulate and confident communicator
- Background in hospitality, business, communications, or management
- Undergraduate degree
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Job Duties
- Lead event management activities supporting the Event Director and team
- Share new initiatives to improve current event management strategies and manage MD Events smartsheet dashboard
- Manage a set number of events including FOCUS events, SEEK initiatives, and special projects
- Review post-event surveys and stakeholder feedback to mitigate challenges
- Oversee follow-up and stewardship activities including gifts, thank you notes, and billing reviews
- Ensure creation and delivery of physical and digital invitations, track responses, and assist with attendee communication
- Manage budget, vendor contracts, venue logistics, and provide onsite hospitality during events
- Participate in SEEK strategy and planning for benefactor experiences
- Collaborate with other departments and assist the overall needs of the Foundation
- Communicate event efficacy and produce reports including AAR and ROI analysis
