- A practicing Catholic or Christian in good standing with the Catholic Church
- Excellent organization skills
- Articulate and confident communicator
- Background in hospitality, business, communications, or management
- Undergraduate degree

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Job Duties
- Lead event teams supporting the Event Director
- Propose and implement two new initiatives annually to improve event management strategies
- Manage MD Events smartsheet dashboard for all assigned events
- Oversee approximately 15 FOCUS events per year across multiple cities
- Conduct post-event satisfaction reviews and mitigate challenges
- Manage invitation creation, delivery, and attendee registration
- Handle event logistics including budgeting within 5%, vendor negotiations, and onsite hospitality
- Participate in SEEK benefactor experience strategy and initiative oversight
- Collaborate on special projects with other departments
- Conduct follow-up and stewardship activities including gifts and thank you notes
- Review final billing and coordinate vendor payments
- Communicate event efficacy and perform post-event analysis
