Job Requirements
- Ability to travel once a year to the national sales conference
- Designated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with at least 30-50 Mbps download and 10-20 Mbps upload speeds
- Ability to travel for company-paid trips to the office once per quarter
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of sales experience, with event sales and multi-unit sales preferred
- Proficiency in technology, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Feedback-driven mindset
- Ability to independently resolve problems
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Adaptability to changing environments and tasks
Job Duties
- Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events
- Plan events for multiple venues and effectively communicate features and benefits of various properties to clients
- Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs
- Maintain organization and manage a large client portfolio and multiple venues efficiently
- Serve as the on-site contact for operations team, conduct Banquet Event Order meetings, and collaborate to ensure event success
- Provide engaging venue tours to clients and assist with event planning and coordination until the event date
- Actively manage client relationships during and after events to ensure retention and repeat business
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons
- Participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions, maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm on camera
