Job Requirements
- Designated quiet workspace free from distractions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimum 30-50 Mbps download and 10-20 Mbps upload
- Ability to travel for company-paid office visits once per quarter
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of sales experience
- Experience in event sales or multi-unit sales is a plus
- Proficiency in technology such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to receive and act on feedback
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Adaptability to changing work environments
Job Duties
- Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events
- Learn and effectively communicate the features and benefits of multiple properties and event options
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs
- Maintain organization while managing a large client rolodex and multiple venues
- Manage virtual office multitasking including pipeline, office tasks, and meetings
- Plan and coordinate event details with clients through the event day
- Actively manage client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy event periods
- Participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions to maintain team connectivity
