Job Requirements

  • Designated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimum 30-50 Mbps download and 10-20 Mbps upload
  • Ability to travel for company-paid trips to the office once per quarter

Job Qualifications

  • 3 plus years in sales including event sales and multi-unit experience
  • 1 plus years in management
  • Experience using CRM software
  • Proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Feedback driven

  • Strong time management and organization skills

  • Leadership skills including ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team
  • Problem-solving skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events
  • Learn the features and benefits of distinctive properties and event options and relay them effectively to clients
  • Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs
  • Assist the team in exceeding their sales KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to energize and inspire the team
  • Lead daily meetings and virtual offices
  • Plan and coordinate event details with clients until the day of the event
  • Actively manage client relationships during and after events with retention efforts
  • Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Stay connected with the team on camera for virtual meetings and coaching sessions
