Job Requirements
- Designated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimum 30-50 Mbps download and 10-20 Mbps upload speeds
- Ability to travel for company-paid trips to the office once per quarter
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years in sales
- Event sales and multi-unit sales experience a plus
- One or more years in management
- Experience using a CRM system
- Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to embrace feedback and use it to improve performance
- Data-centric approach to sales
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability to changing environments
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team

Job Duties
- Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events
- Learn and effectively communicate the features and benefits of multiple event venues
- Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs
- Assist the team in surpassing sales goals
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to lead daily meetings and energize the sales team
- Plan and coordinate event details to ensure seamless execution
- Manage client relationships during and after events to encourage repeat business
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons
- Participate actively in virtual meetings and team-building activities to foster company culture
