Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel or event sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple key accounts
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Flexible availability to work weekends or evenings as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel sales or banquet sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior staff
  • Negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of banquet food and beverage services
  • Familiarity with meeting room rental and event spaces

Job Duties

  • Sell and service hotel banquet food, beverage, and meeting room rental services to group business clients
  • Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
  • Provide guidance and support to Event Managers and trainees
  • Manage key accounts and carry the highest sales quota in the department
  • Develop strong client relationships to secure repeat business
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
