Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel or event sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple key accounts
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Flexible availability to work weekends or evenings as needed
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel sales or banquet sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior staff
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of banquet food and beverage services
- Familiarity with meeting room rental and event spaces
Job Duties
- Sell and service hotel banquet food, beverage, and meeting room rental services to group business clients
- Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Provide guidance and support to Event Managers and trainees
- Manage key accounts and carry the highest sales quota in the department
- Develop strong client relationships to secure repeat business
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
