Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience
- At least 3 years of food and beverage experience
- Strong knowledge of contract negotiation
- Developed verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning from initial stages to execution
- Act as liaison between customers and hotel sales personnel
- Provide direction and supervision during meeting, banquet functions, or events
- Serve group and catering customers proactively handling logistics of room blocks, food, beverage, public meeting spaces, and billing
- Be available onsite during events to resolve issues and suggest alternatives
- Motivate and direct the event planning department to exceed goals
- Manage contract negotiation and interpretation for events
